Doing this plan, we are going to have fun and we're going to sweat!! The 14day full body plan consist of HIiT , weightlifting, and mental strength videos. At a point I had lost my motivation and needed a pick me up. Some simple but powerful moves to get the body moving.
With this meal guide you will find the correct portion size and food groups. I will give you examples on what to eat and how to put them together.
Training one on 1 with me will be either hosted through zoom meeting or in person at picked location.
This will be a small semi-private group class of 2-3. This class is open for a small group of friends trying to meet the same or similar goals setting. This is a semi-private class available online or in person.
